Kanazawa oden, a traditional dish that supports the long-established taste of our restaurant. Slowly simmered in our special broth, the flavors of the ingredients are concentrated. Kurumafu (wheel-shaped wheat gluten) is a popular ingredient, soaked in plenty of broth. It's characterized by a gentle yet deep flavor that bursts in your mouth. We also offer a variety of other oden ingredients, including daikon radish, eggs, and seasonal local produce.
